We strip the vehicle to the chassis and NDT-test every weld. In a two-week report we agree what gets replaced.
Not the machine for the first shift, the one prepared for the second.
After 12,000 hours we want your Titan vehicle back in our shop. We strip it to the chassis, requalify every load-bearing weld, and rebuild it with current-generation drivelines, hydraulics and electronics.

Renewal
Chassis blasted and repainted; driveline, hydraulics and electrical harness replaced to current spec.

Test & handover
200 hours of cold + hot testing. Your operator can come to Ankara and accept the rebuilt machine in person.

A 14-year-old Wetspray, second life: back in the seam.
Sarajevo, 2024. An IS21 unit delivered in 2011 came back with 14.200 hours, a tired Tier-III engine and a hydraulic block that had outlived three operators.
We stripped the chassis to bare steel, NDT'd every load-bearing weld, swapped to a Stage-V driveline and rebuilt the boom kinematics for the modern Sika spray head. Ten weeks later it left the Malıköy workshop with a fresh CAN harness, a 12-month / 4.000-hour warranty and operator training in Bosnian.
