Aktepe fleet expansion
Wetspray IS21, a BPT24 personnel carrier and a DK16 dumper commissioned in 90 days for the Aktepe extension. Operator training on-site.
Tropical-spec gold fleet
A BKOS front-basket platform and a DK16 dump fleet configured for 38 °C ambient and dust shielding. Local engineer trained for tier-1 service.
Gold mine, 18 years on call
Two operator generations, one service line. A Titan fleet on site since the mine opened, with parts to depot inside 24 hours.
Hydropower headrace lining
Robotic wet shotcrete for a headrace tunnel. 10 m vertical reach kept the crew out of the spray cloud on every pass.
Metro tunnel shotcrete
IS21 sprayers and BPT24 personnel carriers on a metro alignment. Wireless control and closed ROPS/FOPS cabins for round-the-clock shifts.
Mountain road tunnel
Shotcrete lining and DK16 muck haul through a narrow-drift road tunnel. Three steering modes kept the dumpers turning in tight sections.
Andes copper haul
A DK16 dumper fleet dimensioned for steep-grade ramps at altitude. Reinforced body, 12.000 kg payload, Stage-3A engine.
Gold belt access fleet
BKOS basket platforms for roof support and DK16 dumpers for development haul. One workshop, one spare-parts channel.
