The engineering office sits in the middle of a 20,000 m² workshop. Thirty-five steps from the drafting screen to the assembly line, so when a hydraulic block sticks, we look at it from underneath the machine, not on a monitor.
Within three years: one mine site, three countries, at least ten customer visits. Because real design feedback comes from a shift, not from a PDF.

12 weeks · 4-discipline rotation
Weekly rotation across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and software. By month three you ship a mini-project to the field.
